All returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, in its original package, unworn or unused, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self-tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please reference your original order number in the subject line of your email. Please state the item name and return reason in the body of your email. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless the order was filled in error or is defective. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. You will receive a store credit in the amount paid for the item(s) excluding delivery costs. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
